Use your symbian S60 phone camera as web cam.

An amazing free software that turns a Symbian S60 mobile phone with Bluetooth and camera into a web cam, and you can use your s60 mobile phone for voice chat. It is really acceptable with resolution 320x240, but it doesn't support voice, so for voice chat one has to use an external Mic to completely experience the fun of chat audio/video together.
